Know what you're buying or selling
Of course home buyers want to know of any potentially hazardous situations or needed repairs before investing in a new home. Knowing more about the inner workings of a property can help a buyer negotiate a selling price or elect for the seller to take care of the repairs before the closing. It can also prove the worth of the property, i.e. the asking price, if the house is in tip-top shape!
My goal is to provide honest, independent, professional inspections and reports in a timely manner which will aid clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate investments. My inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice of The Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI.com) and The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI.org).
Types of Inspections
- Existing Structures: Inspections for previously owned homes.
- New Construction: New home inspections.
- Warranty: One-year home warranty inspections.
- Progess Reports : Inspections for all phases of construction.
