About My Inspections

GraphicRiverI perform home inspections for sellers to identify problems that may slow the real estate transaction or reduce the sale price. Knowing of problems before you place your house on the market can greatly reduce the chance of the closing being delayed.

I use the Home Guide Reporting System and digital photos to describe and document any problems observed at the property. My inspections normally take 3 to 4 hours to complete, as that is the time needed to do a complete and thorough inspection.

I perform inspections in Southeast Georgia including the cities of: Statesboro, Brooklet, Savannah, Pooler, Garden City, Port Wentworth, Bloomingdale, Rincon, Springfield, Guyton, Sylvania, Newington, Claxton, Metter, Glennville, Reidsville, Pembroke, Richmond Hill, Ellabell, Hinesville, Millen, Swainsboro, Twin City, Midway, Riceboro, Waynesboro, Vidalia, Lyons and Baxley - and all points in between.

I perform home inspections in the following counties in South Carolina: Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton and Allendale.
